'From idol to lover': Taiwanese actor Ma Jingtao, 61, reportedly dating influencer who was his fan

Has Taiwanese actor Ma Jingtao found himself a new bae?
Last week (Jul 6), a Weibo influencer named "Bian Mu Po Ni Xiao Pony" shared a photo of herself hugging the 61-year-old star while holding a huge bouquet of roses.
"From an idol to a lover! You're the best actor! Forever Lü Dongbin," she wrote, making reference to Jingtao's character in 1998 Mediacorp drama Legend of the Eight Immortals.
She even went on to throw shade at Jingtao's two ex-wives, actresses Tang Yun and Wu Jiani.
"It's okay if you've had two marriages! Because they didn't know how to treasure you! [But] I do!" she wrote.
Jingtao was married to Tang Yun from 1990 to 1993 and they have a daughter who is now 32.
He married Jiani in 2007 and they have two sons, Ma Shitian, 14, and Ma Shixin, 13. However, the couple eventually split in 2017.

Netizens weren't pleased with the way Jingtao's new girlfriend dissed his exes.
"Going public in this manner makes one feel that these two people don't have very good taste," said one netizen.
Another snarked: "If you don't know how to speak you can just keep quiet."
After the backlash, Bian Mu Po Ni Xiao Pony deleted her post while Jingtao hasn't responded to media's queries about their relationship.
